James E. Bell is a dynamic speaker, consultant, life strategist and high performance coach with years of experience as a community developer, corporate leader and mentor to numerous students, professionals, business leaders and organizations. James attributes his passion and faith to his late parents Earlon and Betty Bell, who many years ago dreamed about becoming parents and raising a family. When they were told by their health care professionals that they would not be able to bring forth children into the world their faith and determination to hold and more than 15 years later their dream became reality as they became parents of 3 boys and 3 girls. It’s this legacy that fuels one of the themes that James uses “Taking the Impossible and creating the I AM Possible” which culminates people’s reality with their faith and the reality of our personal limitations can result into a powerful foundation for change and achievement.
James began implementing his gifts and passion at an early age by mentoring students at school from other countries, leading neighborhood initiatives for community watch protection support programs and continuing later in life pioneering ministries and participating in initiatives that promote financial education, entrepreneurship, athletics, academic achievement and career readiness.
James is best known for successful recruiting initiatives, coaching and developing high performing individuals and teams and motivating students, professionals and leaders to discover their personal enterprise and develop leadership skills that shape their personal and professional aspirations.
